To streamline the referral process for both you and us, you may upload any relevant information and findings (e.g., X-rays, laboratory results, and reports from previous examinations). For large files such as CT or MRI scans, please send them separately via a link to info@physioncare.de.

After the appointment, you will receive a written report (remittance) via email.
