Your first appointment - How it works

During the first visit, we get to know your pet and its history. We take the time for an in-depth conversation in which we discuss the medical history, current complaints and individual needs. This gives us a holistic picture and allows us to set realistic treatment goals together. In this relaxed atmosphere, your dog or cat can get used to the environment in peace.

This is followed by a thorough examination by our vet. Depending on the cause, we look at specific areas - whether the musculoskeletal system, nervous system or general state of health - always with the aim of finding the best possible treatment for your pet and initiating the first therapeutic steps.
