We offer a variety of therapeutic

exercises, both with and without

equipment, designed  to positively

impact the body.

The indications for these exercises are diverse, encompassing conditions

ranging from neurological disorders  to inflammatory and metabolic

diseases of the musculoskeletal

system.

Additionally, they are beneficial for

rehabilitation following amputations

and prolonged periods of

immobilization.

Some examples of exercises:

CAVALETTI

This exercise primarily builds balance, motor skills and proprioception.

PEANUTBALL AND BÖHLER BOARD

Both are used for balance, conditioning and rehabilitation exercises to improve coordination and balance.

SLOW WALKS / WALKING ON DIFFERENT SURFACES

These are among the most important movement exercises in post-operative rehabilitation to activate atrophic muscles and improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the affected limbs.
